The Road goes ever ever on

Here's an invitation I drew for my mother's retirement party! She requested an invitation with the lyrics from The Road goes Ever on from Tolkien's the Hobbit, with a picture to complement it. I was only too happy to oblige for it was mum who read me the entire Lord of the rings out loud when I was a child and I am forever grateful for that. It made me who I am basically xD
So this was a really happy commission to do!
Now I hope November lets me continue the comic, too x'D

It’s probably impossible to tell from the pic but it is almost 60 cm in diametre and done on fabric. It will be a decoration for a shield carrying pouch!

A visit to Helvetinkolu

Hello! I recently visited Helventinkolu National Park and completely forgot to share my vacation pictures with you! My sister who lives abroad is visiting Finland, so we had to make a ruska-trip even though I've been way too busy for my own good. A day of hiking  in the woods really helped with that!

Busy busy busy

Page 17 has been slow going, and I’m sorry ;’( September decided to be uncooperative to put it nicely and I’ve had very little time for drawing ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡ but I’m trying my best to get you the page before the end of the month!
Even if I wish I could be like Homer and just #zzz to the end of days

Zine Fest!

Hello, and apologies for my silence, August turned out to be a real adventure. And by adventure I mean busy as hell, leaving me with very little time to draw :(
 I hope soon this will be over and I'll be able to continue Paths of Avarnight updates!

But before that, we will be in Zine Fest of Sarjakuvafestivaalit this weekend! Please come say hi if you're there too ^^

I did also have a tiny bit of free time to go on a small adventure to Raasepori castle! It was small and cute, and I'm happy I finally got to see it ^^
