 I went to the Turku Comic Festival last weekend and it was tons of fun! Thank you everyone who visited our table :3 Definitely interested in participating again. The library too was pretty nice!

I also finally got a restock of sold out magnets, and the new dark Elf Esteem magnets, so find them there! I'll also be brining some gory scroll prints to the event, so hope to see you there UwU I never get to display them, so I hope this event will allow me to display that stuff heh...

 My new exhibition is open! It's in Rikhardinkadun library, second floor, on these amazing, cute shelves UwU 

Open until the 30th of October! The opening hours are Mon-Thu 8-20, Fri 8-18, Sat 10-16 and Sun 12-18!

Exhibitions all over the place!

 

The Group Exhibition arranged by the Helsinki Comics Festival is still open until next Tuesday AND right after it my solo exhibition begins at the Rikhardinkatu library! This was a bit of a coincidence as I had reserved the library space already sometime last winter and the groups exhibition opportunity came up only during summer, I still decided to do both, because of course I would :D

SO! Group exhibition, Sarjakuvia pimeältä puolelta, open until 29th of September! The spot is Geezers Creative space on the second floor of the Molotow Finland Shop! Opening hours are Mon-Fri 10-18 and Saturdays 11-16. Adress Teollisuuskatu 16

AND! Next one will be a solo exhibition by yours truly where I focus on all the small comics and books I've done over the years. There will be some books I bound in the bookbinding school almost 20 years ago and some comic page originals from the upcoming Pillars of Heaven part 3. So all in all I think it will be a nice exhibition of (mostly) stuff that's never been on display before :3

The exhibition will be on officially 2nd of October, but I might be able to set it up a bit early, I'll let everyone know if that happens! I already printed out the posters so I don't want to go change it anymore.

 The venue is Hyllygalleria Hyvinpieni on the Second floor of Rikhardinkatu library, opening hours Mon-Thu 8-20 Fri 8-18 Sat 10-16 and Sundays 12-18! Address is Rikhardinatu 3! There's also a hugely interesting book art collection on display in the same floor as the little gallery!

Helsinki Comic Festival

 Fashionably late as ever, I am.... Helsinki Comic Festival is this weekend! I'll be sharing my table with the wonderfully dark Alexandros Kyparissis and rikkisu  and the table is number 24, noted on the map.

The three of us will also undergo a group interview on Saturday at 11 on the Merikaapelihalli Stage on the first floor (didn't fit in the picture). 

Unfortunately The Pillars of Heaven part three will not be published at the festival for obvious reasons. I hope I'll get it done by the end of the year... Still, I hope you'll find something dark and bloody at our table to suit your fancies.

Sorry, I've not been active here at all, time just slips by quite easily these days. There's been a lot of stuff going in my personal life, and everything else has fallen to the wayside....

 Anyways, this exhibition snuck up on me quite fast and we have the vernissage already next Wednesday. There's going to be stuff from me, Rikkisu and Alexandros Kyparissis (he's only in Instagram)

Ropecon is already next week!!! I'm so excited! We're going to be sharing a table with @kaarinart_ at the Taiteilijatori in hall 6,  ON FRIDAY ONLY! It's open 15-21 The rest of the con I'm going to play roleplaying games UwU

...the hall is just so huge I'm going to die xDdd

New shiny, sparkly Nat30 sticker is ready to roll in Ropecon! Why settle for a Nat20 when you can roll a Nat30, in one of my fav rpg systems Dungeon Crawl Classics or DCC for short hehe! Suitable also for trad DnD players who want to make their d20s jealous UwU (maybe they'll roll more crits, who knows)

Desucon approaches

 

Desucon starts tomorrow! I got new prints too :D And all the new stickers and stuffs I've shown earlier! I'm sharing an artisan table with Chika in the trade hall for the whole weekend, 10-18 on Saturday and 10-16 on Sunday! Come say hi if you're around :3

The Pillars of Heaven 3 update :3

 

The Pillars of Heaven part 3 is progressing quite nicely during my two week unpaid leave I took from work to work on this project! Despite me also getting sick in the middle of it, but then I got better :D

I’m starting to feel a little hopeful I might somehow get this whole thing done in time for Autumn’s Comic Festival ;;;; Wish me luck

My stickers arrived and they look great ❤️ Dark Elf Esteem & Witchmer will be available in Desucon at mine and Chika's artisan table Saturday and Sunday next week! There's more stickers to come for Ropecon too >:3c DICEstickers to be exact, so keep your eyes peeled

And I'm also making prints and postcards of Dark Elf Esteem which will hopefully be done in time for Desucon UwU

We are finally approaching Narya's own private chambers, this is so very exciting : D And we meet Sa'an Thiarana, whose story I probably will never have time tell in detail, if only I had all the time in the world... Poor Thiarana ;;-;;

Anyway, in June I will be focusing half of the month on getting The Pillars of Heaven part 3 as far as I possibly can, trying to get it done by September. Therefore, there will probably be only one update on Paths next month, I am sorry 😦 But I'll try my best!

I'm also attending Desucon with my friend Chika! Come find us in the trade hall :3 i'll post more info when I get my new stickers >:3c

Dark Elf Esteem!

 

He is finally done! My long overdue ode to the Dark Elves again represented by my lovely male witch elf Shura UwU

So yeah, when I think of dark elves I always think of the druchii first and foremost! But don't worry, I do want to make a drow elf esteem at some point too, let's see how many years that takes me : D

Anyway! I've already ordered stickers of this bad boy and will also be making at least a print of him at some point :3 I'll put the sticker up in my ko-fi when it arrives, and you can also hopefully get it from me in Desucon and Ropecon this summer!

Comic con Finland Schedule!

...Well, I originally hated the palace I drew & painted for page 100, so… I ended up redoing it now that we're actually going to plunge back into the darkness and see how our poor Child of Shadow is doing. Which means I didn't get the second page of the month done in time, but it is already in the works so shouldn't be long! Sorry about this : D

 It's taken me forever to finish this chapter for which I am sorry, and i'll keep trying to get you pages as quickly as I can from now on! Maive at least feels the pressure of time, or sanity, or maybe even their ability to stay intact, running out... The screw turns ever tighter!

Wooden magnets!

Homer started feeling better but then I got sick too xD Now  I'm slowly starting to feel well enough to finally post these wooden magnets I got the other day! They turned out so cute!
